Increased Features on New CalRiceNews.org Website

We’ve launched a new version of the CalRiceNews.org industry website with upgraded features for California rice growers, mills and partners. 

Those new features include:

Member login

  • Secure access
    • All content on the site is now available exclusively to industry and partners.
  • Passwordless Login 
    • To keep information secure and make your experience as smooth as possible, you will need to create a new account for the site. The new Passwordless Login system means you never have to remember (or reset) a password again.
      • How it Works

        - Visit CalRiceNews.org and click “Create your Free Account
        - Enter your email address.
        - We'll instantly send a unique 6-digit code to your email.
        - Enter that code on the site, and you're in!

Conservation Program Recommendation Tool

  • Whether you’re new to conservation programs or looking to expand your participation, the Conservation Program Recommendation Tool makes it easier to find the right fit for your operation.
    • Filter capabilities include:
      • Compensation amount
      • Season
      • Practices
      • Wildlife type
      • Search by program name or keyword

Water Quality information

  • Increased visibility on the website
  • Includes program specific links for grower convenience 

Resource Library 

  • Enhanced commonly used/requested documents
    • ARC/PLC Calculator
    • Rice Variety Data Sheets

Events Calendar

  • Easily add CRC or industry related events to your personal/business calendar with one click

Brand integration

  • New logo, tagline of “It’s in Our Nature”, colors and images featured prominently in new website design
