The CRC Research and Technology Committee has completed an update of the rice variety data sheets for publicly varieties. Grouped by long grain, medium grain and short grain, the comparative information provides marketers and customer a like with a baseline analysis of the high-quality rice produced in the state.

The nearly 180 photos provided are a mix of landscapes, environmental scenes and shots of various stages of rice, from planting through harvest. Please credit the “California Rice Commission” for any images used.
