Overweight Truck Permits and Department of Labor Recordkeeping

Overweight Truck Permit Available but Limited

Caltrans has issued a press release on special permits authorizing overweight trucks to deliver emergency COVID-19 supplies. In discussions with CDFA, we understand that this should apply to ag products throughout the supply chain that support food deliveries to retail outlets. The new permits option does not apply to export.
