It provides compelling new information from the State Department of Water Resources on the impact that Sites would have if constructed – capturing some 146 billion gallons of water from this year’s storms. The Farm Evaluation needs to be completed before moving to the previous year Nitrogen Management Plan (NMP). The NMP is divided into two portions: the Previous Year NMP tied to the Farm Evaluation for reporting purposes from the past year, and the Current Year NMP, which serves as a nitrogen application planning tool. The Previous Year NMP is to provide a record of actual nitrogen applied in the 2015 planting season. READ MORE
